 ght here in Downtown Cary. We are excited to host a tasting featuring five 
 wines from Côté Mas\, exploring how unique grape varieties and classic wi
 nemaking techniques shape every glass.\nWe’ll start with Crémant de Lim
 oux Brut\, a sparkling wine with notes of honey\, acacia\, and crystallized
  lemon\, followed by the Sauvignon Vermentino\, a refreshing white with fl
 oral aromas and hints of peach and pear. The Rosé Aurore brings bright c
 herry and red berry flavors\, while the Côté Mas Orange offers somethin
 g a little different: white grapes fermented with their skins to create its
  color\, texture\, and notes of tangerine and spice. We’ll finish with th
 e Syrah Grenache\, a smooth red with plum\, raspberry\, and a touch of lic
