On Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 6–10 p.m., we are thrilled to host Tashi’s Kitchen, North Carolina’s very first Tibetan food truck. They specialize in authentic Tibetan momos, an incredible style of dumpling that pairs beautifully with a crisp champagne cocktail or a refreshing white wine.

Their menu features a vibrant blend of Asian fusion, Indo-Chinese dishes, and deep cultural flavors. Whether you are a longtime fan of Tibetan cuisine or trying it for the first time, there is something delicious waiting for you.
