Description
Join us at Vino & Tap on Tuesday, Sept. 22, at 7 p.m. for a guided tasting through five distinctive Champagnes from Jean Josselin, showcasing the range and character of this family Champagne house.
We’ll begin with the fresh and elegant Cuvée des Jean Extra-Brut, poured from a celebratory magnum, before exploring the Alliance Extra-Brut, a refined blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. From there, we’ll taste the 100% Chardonnay Les Blancs Extra-Brut, followed by the vibrant Audace Rosé Extra-Brut, bursting with red fruit. We’ll finish on a slightly sweeter note with Douceur de L’Aube Demi-Sec, a beautifully balanced Pinot Noir Champagne with hints of ripe fruit, citrus, and honey.
From crisp and mineral-driven to creamy, fruity, and subtly sweet, this tasting is an opportunity to experience just how diverse Champagne can be. Whether you’re a longtime Champagne lover or simply looking to discover something new, expect great wine, great conversation, and plenty of bubbles. 🥂
