Natural Wine Tasting – Collector’s Club Ticket

Join us at Vino & Tap on Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2026, at 7 p.m. for a tasting of five Côté Mas wines from southern France. From sparkling wine made in Limoux to a copper-colored orange wine, this lineup lets you explore how different grapes and winemaking styles shape what ends up in your glass.

We’ll start with Crémant de Limoux Brut, a sparkling wine with notes of honey, acacia, and crystallized lemon, followed by the Sauvignon Vermentino, a refreshing white with floral aromas and hints of peach and pear. The Rosé Aurore brings bright cherry and red berry flavors, while the Côté Mas Orange offers something a little different: white grapes fermented with their skins to create its color, texture, and notes of tangerine and spice. We’ll finish with the Syrah Grenache, a smooth red with plum, raspberry, and a touch of licorice.
