- Cuvée des Jean Extra-Brut: A fresh and elegant start, poured from a celebratory magnum.
- Alliance Extra-Brut: A refined blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
- Les Blancs Extra-Brut: A stunning 100% Chardonnay.
- Audace Rosé Extra-Brut: A vibrant pour bursting with red fruit.
- Douceur de L’Aube Demi-Sec: A beautifully balanced Pinot Noir Champagne with hints of ripe fruit, citrus, and honey to finish the tasting on a slightly sweeter note.
We are thrilled to welcome Sharona Départ, Export Manager for Champagne Jean Josselin, to guide us through the evening. As the international face of this artisanal grower-producer estate located in the Côte des Bar region of France, Sharona bridges the gap between traditional French viticulture and global wine markets. She is deeply committed to sharing the récoltant-manipulant (grower-producer) philosophy and will be educating us on the estate’s unique plot-by-plot vinification and eco-conscious, sustainable vineyard practices. Celebrated for making the complexities of Champagne terroir both accessible and exciting, Sharona is sure to deliver an unforgettable educational experience.
