The lineup features Corinne Depeyre Pop-it 2022, a lively pét-nat; Domaine du Parandou Sablet Blanc 2023, an aromatic white blend; Domaine des Pierres Sèches 2022; Château Rochecolombe Côtes du Rhône Villages 2021; and Scamandre Costières de Nîmes 2015, a mature red that brings depth to the evening’s final pour.
