    The Big Weekend is Here

    Nestled inside the historic Pasmore House in Downtown Cary, Vino & Tap is your new neighborhood spot for great wine, craft beer, and champagne cocktails.

    We are officially opening our doors this weekend, and we want you there to celebrate with us! Check out the grand opening lineup below, preview our new drink menu, and get ready to raise a glass on the patio.

    Ribbon Cutting & Grand Opening on Friday, July 10, 2026

    This is Going to be a Party

    Join us as the Cary Chamber of Commerce and Town of Cary officials cut the ribbon at 4 p.m. this Friday, July 10, 2026! Afterward, stay to celebrate at our Grand Opening Party.

    ✨ Complimentary Samples: Taste local favorites from Slice Pie Company and Franky B’s Pimento Cheese.

    🍽️ Food Truck: Cafe 301 will be serving up delicious eats throughout the evening.

    🎶 Live Music: Dave Devlin takes the back patio from 6 to 9 p.m.

    Pour Yourself a Glass of History: L’Art de Boire

    Wine Tasting at Vino & tap

    Wednesday, June 24, 2026 | 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

    Join us for our next installment of L’Art de Boire (“The Art of Drinking”), where we will take a curated tour through five of France’s most iconic wine regions. For just $20, you will taste five exceptional wines that tell the stories of ancient soils, historic estates, and generations of families.

    Our journey begins in central France with the 2025 Le Petit Perroy Sancerre from the Loire Valley. From there, we head south to the sunny Mediterranean coast for the 2025 By.Ott Rosé from Provence. Next, we follow historic trade routes northward to sample the 2024 Delas Côtes du Rhône, before diving into the legendary patchwork vineyards of Burgundy with the 2022 Liger-Belair Bourgogne Rouge “Les Grands Chaillots.” Finally, we wrap up our tour in Champagne with the stunning NV Devaux Grande Réserve Brut.

    Sunday, June 28, 2026 | Seatings at 3 p.m, 4 p.m., & 5 p.m.

    Sundays are made for slow sipping, bright bubbles, and great conversation. We are clearing out the afternoon to bring you a beautifully curated sparkling wine flight that covers everything from authentic French Champagne to vibrant hidden gems from Italy and Oregon.

    To keep the atmosphere relaxed and intimate, we are limiting each seating to a maximum of 20 guests. For $20 per person, you will enjoy generous three-ounce pours of four incredible sparkling wines:

    • ‘Brut Exclusive Rosé’ Crémant de Bordeaux by Les Cordeliers
    • ‘Celebrate!’ Müller-Thurgau from Kramer Vineyards (Willamette Valley)
